The properties listed below have been acquired through the tax lien foreclosure process and the Town of Lincoln is selling our interest. Bids must be received in the Town Clerk's Office at 29 Main St. Lincoln, ME 04457 by the deadline of August 30th at 3:00 pm at which time there will be a public bid opening. The Town Council reserves the right to reject any bids.

Tax Acquired Properties

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Tax Acquired Property Bid". All bids must be submitted stating the bid amount and bidder's name, address, and telephone number and must include a bank check in the amount equal to 10% of the bid price. Bidders are responsible to pay their share of the Property Transfer Tax. The Town of Lincoln will issue a Municipal Quit Claim Deed to the person(s) awarded the bid releasing the Town's interest.
