Town of Lincoln
The Lincoln Town Council will hold a public hearing and workshop on Monday, August 10, 2020 starting at 5:30 pm on the DRAFT Lincoln Lakes Water Levels and Minimum Flow Ordinance and to take input from the public before the Town Council acts on a motion to adopt the draft Water Level Ordinance. The purpose of the Ordinance is to manage and sustain water levels, once established at follow-on public hearings to set water levels, and thereby seek to protect existing shorelines on the ponds and lakes in Lincoln. The Ordinance draft will be posted at the Town Office, on our website and Facebook page as of Monday, July 27, 2020 and will remain on file until action by the Town Council on the Ordinance. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers. If you cannot attend and you wish to send along comments/concerns, you can do so by emailing email@example.com or sending them to Town Clerk Ann Morrison, 29 Main St., Lincoln, ME 04457 before 5pm on Monday August 10, 2020.
