Featured events include the Redneck Regatta, 70th Annual River Drivers’ Supper, Basketball Tournament, music, Fireworks Show, and much more.

SCHEDULE

Thursday July 20

8am-2pm: Friends of the Lincoln Memorial Library book sale – Library.

9am-1pm: Meet Local author Roger Stevens at Lincoln Memorial Library.

9am-3pm: Open House at Lincoln Historical Society.

11am: Vendors and kiddie games at Veterans’ Memorial Square and Bounce House at Prince Thomas Park (All Day).

2pm-4pm: Full Gospel Tabernacle, 14 Fleming St., Camp Can-Do Style, obstacle course, kids’ games, and come meet Maine’s Own NFL Player Matt Mulligan.

4pm: 70th Annual River Drivers’ Supper at Ludden Field. Bean hole beans, reflector oven biscuits, coleslaw, hot dogs, chips, coffee, punch and water and desserts by the riverside. Sponsored by the First Congo Church Men’s Club and Pilgrim Daughters. Supper will be moved to the Congo Church if it rains.

7pm:-10pm: Bangor Savings Presents the Teen Dance at Veterans’ Memorial Square  with DJ Chuck Foster.

 

7pm-9pm: Dance Fitness Party. Junior high tennis courts $10.00 adults, $5.00 students. All proceeds benefit Champion the Cure.

 

 Friday July 21

9am-3pm: Open House at Lincoln Historical Society.

11am: Artisans and Crafters at Region III parking lot.

11am: Vendors and kiddie games at Veterans’ Memorial Square and Bounce House at Prince Thomas Park (All Day).

 11:30-7pm: Roaming Railroad train rides. See what’s happening from the comfort of a care-free ride around downtown.

Noon-3pm: Children’s beach events at Prince Thomas Park. Water balloon toss, life jacket relay, messy obstacle course and CANDY!!!!

2-4pm: Full Gospel Tabernacle, 14 Fleming St., Camp Can-Do Style, obstacle course, kids’ games, and come meet Maine’s Own NFL Player Matt Mulligan.

3pm and 5pm: Maine author Michelle Patch will read her children’s book , The Boston Terrier Who Thought He Was a Loon, at the Lincoln Memorial Library.

4pm-6pm:  BBQ at Steaks N’ Stuff parking lot benefiting Community Kids. BBQ chicken, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans and drinks. $7.00 for adults. Kids 12 and under $5.00.

4pm-7pm: Bangor Savings Bank presents the Wildwoods band at Veterans’ Memorial Square.

6pm-8pm: Colossal Ice Cream eating contest, Tim Horton’s.

8pm-11pm:   Bangor Savings Bank presents Adult dance at Veterans’ Memorial Square music by the Errol Libby Band.

 

Saturday July 22

6am-9am: Annual Mason’s Breakfast at the Masonic Lodge. Pancakes, bacon, sausage, coffee and juice.

8am-4pm: 1st Annual MSG Gary Gordon Fishing Derby.   Register at Msg. 8am-12pm: The Lincoln Memoral Library will be open, stop in to view our wide array of all things Loon!

10-7pm: Roaming Railroad Train Rides. Free rides around downtown, except during parade. See all the
goings on from the comfort of a breezy train ride!

10am-2pm: the Friends of the Lincoln Memorial Library will be hosting ten Maine authors at the library to showcase their books, sell and sign books and more. This is a fundraiser for the Friends of the Lincoln Memorial Library.

11am: Vendors and kiddie games at Veterans’ Memorial Square and Bounce House at Prince Thomas Park (All Day).

11am-4pm:  Golden Key Senior Center presents the Crayon Box Carnival at Ballard Hill.  Family fun with bounce house, games, prizes, and 50/50 raffle.

11am: 2017 Annual Homecoming parade. ‘Experience the Four Seasons of Lincoln’

1pm: Historical Society Auction at Veterans’ Memorial Square.  Bring a chair to the auction in the square!

1-2pm:   Machias Savings Bank presents Moose Maine-iah Monster Truck. Stop by their downtown location for photo opportunities!

1:30pm: Day one of the 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament at Prince Thomas Park. 15 years old and up, 3 to 5 person teams, $5.00 entry fee. call 207-794-6548 for more info.

2pm:  Moose Maine-iah Monster Truck giving rides at Goding Field behind Hannaford. $8 per person.

7-9pm- Darling’s Ice Cream Truck on School St. Proceeds benefit Relay for Life.

7pm-8:30pm: Pre-fireworks show with AC/DC Tribute band, Back In Black at Cobb Field. presented by Machias Savings Bank.

9:15ish: Grand fireworks show on Mattanawcook Lake at Cobb Field.

 

Sunday July 23
